Founder and CEO

Thomas Bohac

Thomas has extensive expertise in estimating, construction management, general and sub-contracting, construction material sourcing and procurement both internationally and domestically. His experience includes projects ranging in size from $350k to $32M across multiple industries of construction and development, from interior fit-outs, institutional, commercial, multi-family mid and high-rises, as well as custom curtain wall and window wall facades.

Thomas received his B.S. in Construction Engineering with a minor in Construction Management from Purdue University. He is also certified and qualified in GWAW and SMAW 3G and 4G welding.

 

Director of Asia Operations

Jessica Sui

Jessica has extensive experience managing projects focused on US and Chinese relations. Skilled in supply chain and logistics management, her knowledge of construction materials and strategic communication skills are key for successful international procurement. She is proficient in material take-off preparation, material procurement, project schedule management, and logistics coordination. The primary focus of her career has been on materials in Division 8 (interior glazing, windows and door, window wall, and curtain wall) and Division 10 - Division 12 (a large variety of construction and finish materials).

Jessica received her B.S. in English for Business from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. As a Chinese resident with fluent English-speaking skills, she is our bridge of Sino-US procurement.

 

Senior Project Manager

Mitch Drazkowski

Mitch has multiple years of professional experience in both general contracting and real estate development. On the GC side, he worked on multiple projects in Chicago, focusing on estimating, purchasing, material tracking, submittal & RFI review, and punchlist management. On the development side, he spent several years as a multifamily expert. He worked on projects around the country, created development budgets ranging from $60M - $200M, provided design input on concept drawings through construction drawings, and created & managed project closeout processes.

Mitch received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (Civil) exam.

 
 

Senior Project Engineer

Daniel Mazur

Daniel has spent several years with SB Group, starting as an intern in 2021 and working up to a Senior Project Engineer currently. Since starting full time, Daniel has worked in an assistance role for projects, focusing on submittals, purchasing, estimating, and bid management. He has also run almost $2M of work in his first year. Primary work revolves around multi-family around the country, but several TI and commercial projects have been completed as well.

Daniel received his B.S. In Systems Engineering and Design with a secondary field of Human Factors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Daniel intends to pursue his MBA from the same university this coming year.

 

Senior Project Engineer

Gabriel Mercado

Gabriel has several years of experience as a project manager and client's representative. His most notable client’s rep project was the construction of a $15M Power Plant in Puerto Rico! He’s also managed a variety of other $1M+ projects, with scopes including interior fit outs, MEP design build, and heavy Civil.

Gabriel received his B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Project Management and has completed certificates in OSHA Construction 30 Hour Training, Environmental Engineering and Construction Management certificate, while also becoming a Green Associate in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). He also was part of the Come Collegial Student Organization that fights food insecurity among college students, serving as the organization's Subsecretary for 1 year.
