SMS Terms

SB Group LLC sends occasional transactional text messages to business contacts on active orders and projects (vendors, general-contractor project staff, carriers and installers) about orders, deliveries, project schedules, site access and paperwork. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in: an SB Group employee asks you, by phone or in person, whether our assistant may text you about your order or project. We only text you after you say yes, and we record that consent.

Texts may come from Lela, SB Group's AI assistant. The first message says who it is from.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact tech@sbgroupllc.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
