SB Group LLC ("SB Group", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Effective October 30, 2026.

Information we collect

Business contact details that you or your company give us in the course of business, such as names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers (including mobile numbers), and project or order details on bids, purchase orders, contracts and project contact sheets. We also receive what you send us through our website contact form.

How we use it

To bid, deliver and invoice our work; to communicate about orders, deliveries, schedules, site access and project paperwork; to answer your inquiries; and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Text messages (SMS)

We text business contacts only about active orders and projects, and only after they have agreed to receive texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Our AI assistant

Some of our messages and calls are handled by Lela, SB Group's AI assistant, who always says she is an AI. Calls are recorded: call audio is deleted after 30 days, and written transcripts are kept with the project record.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example email, accounting, cloud hosting and messaging providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We protect information with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as we need it for business and legal purposes.
